Each self catering holiday cottage sleeps 4 people with Double and Twin Rooms in each cottage. Digital TV via FreeView has been installed in each Holiday Cottage.

There is always a bottle of wine on the table, a pint of milk in the fridge and half a dozen free range eggs laid by our own chickens in the cottage to welcome you!

Our Holiday cottages are located in the heart of Yorkshire’s countryside and surrounded by farmland.They are situated on the edge of the Yorkshire Wolds, just 10 minutes from Malton, our local market town. We are 30 minutes from York.

Derwent and Primrose Holiday Cottages are close to -

Walking – a 7 mile walk through the Northern Fringe of the Yorkshire Wolds passes through Low Penhowe.

Cycling – the National Cycle By-way passes at the bottom of the drive up to Low Penhowe.

Fishing – locally in the River Derwent or trout ponds nearby our Holiday Cottages.

Horse Riding – a few hacking stables nearby.

Well behaved pets are more than welcome at our Holiday Cottages.

Help us feed the chickens and collect the eggs each morning. Admire the Highland Cattle, you never know you might be lucky and see a calf being born!
